Its a good tray, holds almost every mech securely and 39 per tray is a good rate. For skinny light and medium mechs, you can fit more is a thinner tray, but for heavies and assaults this is good, just know that mechs with very wide poses are going to need a different solution, I use the 2" misc large model tray, it has 16 slots to hold these awkward mechs.
