Prize Support / Event Sponsorships

If you are looking for any kind of Event or Convention Sponsorship / Prize Support...please take your time and read the information below.

Ever since our inception back in September of 2012, we proudly supported many people for their events and some conventions that they needed support for as (at the time) Catalyst was rather M.I.A. for that kind of thing. Over the past almost 13 years as of this writing, we have unfortunately found out via social posts from some people, or by some trusted customers and friends…that our generosity has been abused as some unsavory people decided to scam us and keep the intended sponsored items as their own property. It generally was a situation of ‘one person this year, a couple the next’ kind of thing…but in any case, still abusive of our gifts. While it didn’t go over 20 instances, it was getting close.

As such, we did a deep look into who, and where these items disappeared to and at the beginning of 2025, we have decided to set strict limits on who we support due to those past unfortunate circumstances. So going forward, any requests for sponsorship of an event or convention will need to meet the following criteria:

  1.  Customer making the request needs to be a current customer, with at a minimum of 3 purchases in a rolling 6-month period of time.
  2. The Event or Convention needs to be fully advertised. Both on a webpage as well as socially (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  3. A short list of expected events being run during said Event or Convention.
  4. A general idea or rough count of expected attendance will also need to be submitted. While I know this will sometimes be hard to estimate, please provide your best guess.
  5. Your best guess of necessary items you would like to receive. Don't just say “We could use prize support for 1st Place, 2nd Place, and Best Painted please” or something to that effect. Have an idea of what you actually can use that would help your attendee's have the best time.

Please Note: This does not affect any of the After-School Clubs, Special Needs, or Military “Care Packages” we send out all year long. Those are the kinds of things we have always done behind the scenes and never take credit for or rub it in the publics face like our competition always does.

We sincerely hope you understand, and respect this decision, as we did not come to this decision lightly. We aren’t here for handouts to people that just want more miniatures, terrain and/or paint. We are here to help you, and your group, have the best possible experience at their events they attend.

When you are ready, please hit this link Contact Aries to use our contact form to reach out to us with the information requested above.

Thank you!
