Order cancellations & refunds will only be processed for Store Credit so long as the package has not been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipping we cannot cancel that order.
Returns with Aries Games & Miniatures is simple and can be initiated in your customer account. Please note the following rules & exceptions for unopened returns...

5-day Return Period For United States Customers Only (based on shipping address) — U.S. Based Customers have 5 days from delivery to request a return for most unopened items.

14-day Return Period For Non-United States Customers Only (based on shipping address) — Customers outside the U.S. have 14 days from delivery to request a return for most unopened items.

Restocking Fee — All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This covers our time, labor, and shipping materials used to send your items to you.
- International Orders — Please see the special note further below on Fees for not paying your own Import, Tariff, Customs, or other Duty Fees.

Return-after-notice timing — You will have 5 business days to send the return back to Aries Games & Miniatures after we notify you the return is approved. If you do not, your return will not be accepted.

Refund timing — One the return is received; we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt and your refund will be processed within 24 hours after that.

Return shipping responsibility — We do not offer free return labels unless we made the mistake. All return shipping will be paid by you the customer to ship back to Aries Games & Miniatures. On all returns, shipping is not credited as this was paid to ship the items to you.

Standard outbound shipping refund — Any return shipping charges you pay to send the item back to Aries Games & Miniatures also cannot be credited.

Exemptions — The following products are exempt from returns
- Any Paint items including but not limited to paint sets, spray paint, individual paint bottles, and some paint accessories.
- 3D Printed items including Print on Demand
- Any Special Order or Preordered Items
- Any and all TCG/CCG items

Refund Amount Issuing — Any reimbursement for any return, after restocking fees, will be issued as store credit only.
Fees for not paying your own Import, Tariff, Customs, or other Duty Fees:
On International Orders, returns due to you not paying any import, duty, tariff or customs fees are not the fault of Aries Games & Miniatures. These fees are not caused by us, but by your own postal service / Government in your country. Any returns due to this will be at a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping charges paid will also not be credited. Any return shipping charges to send the item back to us will also not be credited by Aries Games & Miniatures.
On any international orders that are missing items, if we confirm that the item was not packed, we will simply issue you a store credit. We do not reship items that were accidentally left out of the package.
If you use a forwarding agent, Aries Games & Miniatures is NOT responsible for missing items. Those forwarding agents sometimes open the packages to inspect the goods, and we cannot be held accountable for missing items due to that as there is no way to verify if they removed the items or not. You run the risk if you use a forwarding agent.
