You can earn points through various activities such as entering your birthday, making purchases, etc. To explore all the ways you can earn points, click on the *Ways to Earn* tab in the menu. Points are given for products purchased only. Cost of shipping does not apply to points earned.

PLEASE NOTE - Points for reviews can and will be revoked for not leaving an actual review of the product which must be a MINIMUM of 10 words of more about the product itself. One word answers, or short statements will not be accepted. Only actual reviews containing 10 words or more for products will be awarded points.

Select the *Ways to Redeem* tab. Here, you'll find a list of all the rewards we offer. If you have sufficient points, you can redeem them for a reward.

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.

If you return something, those points will be deducted from your overall total of points earned.

"},{"title":"Do VIP tiers expire?","content":"

VIP tier points will expire exactly 12 month after the achievement date. After the tier expires, the customer will either be re-assigned to the same tier or upgraded to a higher tier based on their activities. Please note that the points earned during the current month will be considered when assigning the tier. The expiration date is calculated from the date the tier is achieved. For example, if a tier is achieved on September 1st with an interval of 12 Months, the tier will expire on September 1st of the next year.
