Loyalty Points - Updated Earning Requirements

As of August 1st, 2026, to earn points when leaving a product review (with or without an image), a minimum of 10 words is required to earn points for leaving a review. During the month of August, we will be sending out an update request for your review. If the review is not updated within the time mentioned in the email, those points will be revoked.

Starting September 1st, 2026, we will no longer be sending those emails requesting an update of your review. Your points will simply be revoked.

This is all due to customers leaving anywhere between 1 and 4 words for a review, sometimes not even reviewing the product itself but simply saying things such as "nice" or "delivered on time". These reviews are supposed to be about the product itself, to help customers decide on a purchase, so if you want the loyalty points for the review...you need to put the work in to earn them.
