The Fine Restaurant is your upper-class fine dining establishment. The sort of place you would need to reserve a few weeks in advance. Featuring a nice front entrance that gives way to a wealthy 2 story dining room. The roof has an elevated that leads up to a VIP Bar/Tea House that has an excellent view of the city surrounding it. In the rear of the building, you have a loading dock for incoming food and supplies. The boxes on the roof are meant to be planters for after you are finished painting, add some flock to give the impression of plants. Files include a hexed and hexless version of each building.
