The Dunkin Davion’s Donut Shop is a much needed facility in any urban environment. Providing coffee and junk foods to the nearby citizens. The sign is a separate file and allows you to create variations of the building by including the sign or not. Files include a hexed and hexless version of each building.
All buildings are made to a standard level height for game-play. Roof play-ability is an option for this building. The hexed versions are compatible with the HEXTECH line and will fit in nicely.
