The size is wrong, unfortunately. It claims to be 32mm edge to edge, but that is just not the case. It's the same size as regular Battletech hex bases, and those are more like 30mm (or even less). The bases also only had protective film on one side, which caused the other side to have scratches right out of the box. The only positive here is the price, but the price also makes sense with the unfortunate quality.

You may be confused by another base in the Iron Wind Metals range of Hex Bases as the Death Ray Designs Thin Clear Hex Base 20-Pack do not state they are 32mm whatsoever. They state they are 1.25' in size, which I just confirmed in my hands by measuring out flat to flat.

Iron Wind Metals has several bases which are measured in millimeters flat to flat so that may be what you were looking at when you purchased these.
