UPS Shipments are now fully insured!
So as promised, over the next few days/weeks...we will be doing little things here & there. Stuff like the following…
- Introducing new product lines
- Benefits for you the customer
- Visual things that may or may not be pleasing to some
- A lot of restocks
- As well as some new BattleTech goodies!
There are a LOT of restocks coming in today, so the following will be either one of two new things for today, or the only new thing aside from those restocks. Just depends on order volume and how long it takes for these restocks to go up. Some restocks will be announced, others won’t…so keep an eye out for your favorite products!
So with that…up first is a benefit for you the customer!
Going forward…all packages shipped via UPS will ship fully insured at no extra cost to you! While I know to some, this doesn’t mean squat, but for a few it will mean a lot.
This decision came from the fact that UPS decided to annihilate a package that went out to a customer who chose not to insure their package, even after I asked and made sure they wanted to decline as the order was VERY expensive. Well…they only got $100 out of UPS as that is all they would cover.
Although it is up to the customer to request, I decided to go this route for UPS at this time as even though it’s not required. I just simply want this coverage for you when using UPS…so I will eat that.
Now you’re going to ask…what about US Postal. I’ve had 1 claim with them in 10 years…they are typically pretty good with packages, so that will still be optional for you the customer to ask for.
